Job Overview:
The Cloud Computing Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support in the pre-sales phase of cloud computing and data center projects. This role involves crafting and implementing delivery solutions, supporting market expansion, and ensuring successful project acceptance. The unique contribution of this position lies in its pivotal role in shaping and advancing the organization's technological capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum three years;
- Industry Experience: Minimum two years;
- Position Experience: Minimum one year.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with cloud computing architecture and experience in planning and designing mainstream cloud platform products.
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream virtualization and cloud product, understanding of open-source cloud computing technologies, and knowledge of mainstream public and private cloud technologies and implementations.
- Familiarity with virtualization products such as VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, Windows HyperV, FusionSphere, etc., with experience in planning, designing, and implementing cloud computing and data center products.
- Familiarity with network architecture and design, SDN technology, and expertise in network and security products, including experience in planning, designing, and implementing network security solutions.
- Mastery of cloud platform business data backup and disaster recovery technologies, with hands-on experience in data backup, two-site three-center disaster recovery, and active-active disaster recovery projects.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native, and microservices frameworks.
- Familiarity with storage-related technologies and solutions, including Ceph, SAN, NAS, etc.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software with excellent document writing skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing sales.
