Basic Salary: $3,000-$4,500

Job Requirements

1. Supervise Plumbing & Sanitary installation works.
2. Discuss with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers and Consultant if necessary.
3. Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
4. To develop, monitor, and review site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
5. Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.

Other Requirements

• Min 3 years experience in similar experience and managing a few sites.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in project management.
• With BCA BCPPF qualifications is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with professionals for the building and maintenance of Formula One Race Track
• Monitoring of road levels, work out estimates for proposed work and putting up traffic control plan
• Carry out site measurements and prepare job measurements for ordering of required premix
• Planning and supervising of assigned project which includes night work as scheduled by LTA
• Manage race track construction team and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Undertake risk assessments, deal with client, transport specialists and members of public
• Submit weekly progress report and attend monthly progress meeting
• Ensure machineries and equipment are always kept in good working condition
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
