Duties of Safety Engineer:

• Implement EHS procedures and controls.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist with Risk Management and EHS matters.
• Coordinate safety training programs to meet corporate and statutory standards.
• Support 5S initiatives and participate in ISO audits.
• Conduct regular inspections of company facilities, including staff canteen and office areas.
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing of fire alarm and protection systems to comply with Fire Safety Act & Regulations.

Job Description:

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on DCS, SCACA, PLCs, robotic palletizers, label applicators, and associated equipment.
• Conduct daily health checks and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues with the aforementioned equipment.
• Collaborate with instrument and electrical specialists, and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex automation system problems.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance procedures as per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
• Support the Automation Engineer with tasks related to ABB DCS, Schneider SCADA, and Siemens SCADA systems, including daily health checks, backup, and other basic maintenance tasks as needed.

• Work with outsourced service providers and product principals to manage the delivery, operations as well as Tech Refresh on the technology solutions for LAN/WAN and related services:

• Network Access Control;
• F5 LoadBalancer;
• Wireless Network; and
• Firewall and routers.

•  Work with infrastructure architects to rationalize the technical design and ensure the solution works well with Government infrastructure, policies, standards and security requirements.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of design, deployment, operation and management of enterprise and/or cloud infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• At least 3 years of experience in the above domain areas.
• Proven planning, implementation and migration experience of network related services.

Requirements and Qualifications
