• Liaises with owners, class surveyors and government bodies pertaining to project requirements.
• Coordinates the testing / commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department and vendors.
• Plans and schedules the testing and commissioning requirements on project basis, and organises all logistics requirement for major operations.
• Performs any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• At least 10 years of related work experience. Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument. DCS/ ICSS system and Networking knowledge are necessary
• Familiar with the testing procedures, applicable rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
• Be familiar with test memos and manuals, and coordinate for any required joint inspections.

Job Description:

• Design electrical control systems for machinery and equipment
• Prepare BOM and participate in procurement and supplier management
• Perform electrical wiring and routing of control panels and machinery
• Responsible for PLC and HMI programs for machinery and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug and commission control systems of machinery and equipment

Pre-Requisition:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical design and PLC programming
• Strong in PLC and HMI Programming (Mitsubishi, Omron)
• Skill in Electrical Circuit Drawing and Electrical Panel Design with AutoCAD / Draftsight is preferred
• Robot Programming (Yaskawa, ABB, Fanuc, Nachi)
