RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create and maintain credentials and permissions on infrastructure and applications
· Manage hardware and software assets
· Perform system tasks like capacity management, support, troubleshooting and patching
· Assist in IT documentation and process improvement
· Provide technical support to end users on IT issues
· Install, configurate and troubleshoot workstation and mobile devices
· Monitor and troubleshoot network, servers and application services
· Assist project manager to oversee the overall project progress and tackle the technical issue with team members
REQUIREMENTS
· Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
· At least 5 years working experience in IT support and maintenance, experience in retail industry is a definite advantage
· Application packaging and deployment, system patch, inventory management and data backup / restore
· Good understanding of firewall policy and public cloud would be an advantage
· Hands on experience with ServiceNow would be an advantage
· Able to work under independently and in irregular working hours (if necessary)
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing environment
· A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
