Engineer Assistant, Product Failure Analysis & Reliability Test

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Product Quality Manager, you will be part of a team of 12 Engineers in Singapore and India in a hands-on testing role on product quality. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop product test setups for Laboratory reliability testing
• Compile and generate comprehensive Product Analysis Report in a timely manner
• Responsible for initiating necessary activities for corrective action and closely working with various stakeholders to drive resolution
• Develop reliability test plan, test setup and execute testing such as HALT or ORT test (in internal or external laboratory)
• Design and generate ladder programming for use in reliability test
• Responsible of procuring required equipment, component and associated auxiliary materials for use in reliability test in a timely manner.
• Responsible for booking of external laboratory equipment to support testing schedule
• Responsible in generating test report upon completion of testing and communicating with required stakeholders on anomaly observations.
• Conduct troubleshooting of module or reliability setup if anomaly are observed

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with experience in conducting failure analysis on PCBA level with good basic understanding of PCBA assembly & testing processes.
• Prefer candidates with experience in an electronics assembly environment
• You should have be hands-on in building test setup, operates reliability chambers (e.g. temperature chamber or vibration chamber etc).
• Understanding of Electronic Manufacturing, Assembly and Test processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of online game marketing services, to ensure the continuous reliability of online services
• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance work such as version release, capacity planning, monitoring and trouble shooting
• Maintain the kubernetes cluster on the cloud, to ensure business continuity and stability, continuously improve performance and reliability

Job Requirements:

• Follow laboratory procedures and cleanroom protocol
• Meet laboratory output with good quality
• Provide buddy-training to new hires
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Participate in special projects
• Make decision to stop laboratory equipment if process is not permittable
• Work with the Engineer to improve equipment uptime & quality
• Perform continuous improvements in cost, quality and laboratory productivity
• Make sure on time measurement or calibration

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process (Industrial Chemistry), Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in laboratory or engineering within semicon industry
• PC literate, willing to perform shift work
