· Assist the Project Manager in monitoring issues pertaining to all Quality related matter.

• Report to construction manager
• Coordination with the utility agencies on the verification of high tranmission cables, vital utilities services and sensitive telecommunication cable (e.g. LT & HT electrical cables, PUB 300/900 mm pipe, underground sewers, M200 gas pipe and Singtel ) that affects the main construction works

• Responsible for submission of temporary excavation to relevant Authorities diversions (<4m deep) affecting utilities and temporary drain diversion
