About the Role

This is a 12-month contract role.

• Supervise the installation of Gas Turbines on the main deck of the off shore platform under construction at Admiralty yard.
• Ensure project requirements are met during installation of other Rotating equipment on the platform.
• Participate in generating installation checklists and procedures for start up and commissioning of the gas turbines and other rotating equipment.

Competencies required

• Technical - Theory, working and operation of rotating equipment, general arrangement and cross sectional drawings, identification of parts
• Understanding of gas turbine operation and testing, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, fin coolers
• Root cause analysis of rotating equipment failures
• Vibration analysis of rotating equipment;
• Able to interpret the API and international standards
• Clear communicator
• Willing to put long hours

• Able to understand material and requisition online systems

What You Need

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with 6-8 years of experience in oil and gas or chemical manufacturing industry
• Experience in rotating equipment installation, commissioning and monitoring is preferred
• Candidate must understand all terms related to Rotating equipment like Gas and steam turbines, compressors and pumps
• Must be able to read process flow diagrams, piping and instruments diagrams and provide guidance to the contractors

Testing Engineer (Monitor) - 3 months renewable to 1 year contract with benefits

Job Scope:

Executing monitor-PC compatibility test by following predefined test cases and communicating

with customer for any test related issues.

Test Lab Preparation (PC/NB set up and FW update）

Summarizing test result and preparing test report

Reporting test progress to Taiwan

Supporting Singapore FAE for related engineering issues including TFT LCD issues

verification with the customers

Job Description:

• Oversee all QA/QC processes for high-rise building projects, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive QA/QC procedures and documentation tailored to project specifications.
• Perform regular site inspections, quality assessments, and audits to identify and rectify any issues or non-conformities.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the project.
• Compile detailed QA/QC reports and documentation, providing clear insights and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Educate and guide project teams on QA/QC standards and practices to foster a culture of quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding quality compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in QA/QC and implement best practices to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Promptly address and resolve quality-related issues to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is accurately maintained and accessible for audits and reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., Conquas /ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience in QA/QC or for high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry's QA/QC principles, standards, and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and audits.
• Willingness to work a 6-day work week.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers
