DEPUTY PROJECT DIRECTOR cum Chief Engineer

1. Leader for the project site execution and maintenance team, lead the execution and maintenance team to deal with project operation defects.

2. Lead the design team to complete the submission and approval of Red mark drawing and as-built

drawings.

3.Conduct FAC negotiations for project closure with the client and consortium.

4.Lead the project to complete the project final tax settlement.

5.Lead the project team to complete the project completion audit.

6.Leadership and management of construction team members in team building activities,

and ensuring safety and quality processes and regulations were adhered to,

7.Oversaw the progress of construction and engage and negotiated with subcontractors on

the timely completion of the project based on agreed planning and budgets.

Requirements :

- Must have more than 10 years of power plant construction work experience and have

experience in managing similar power plant construction projects as a senior project

manager.

- Familiar with the task requirements, process and technical specifications of gas power

station project construction.

- Have an internationally recognized bachelor degree or above.

- Proficient in the application of project management software;

- Demonstrate interpersonal, management and communication skills;

- good construction organization, oral and written expression skills;

- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.

• Identify and evaluate current process gaps, leading the implementation of new processes.
• Ensure plant operations adhere to design specifications.
• Lead risk assessments and FMEA activities.
• Perform regular checks and conduct briefings.
• Train engineers and technicians on new or updated processes.
• Maintain the engineering team’s optimal proficiency.
  

You will need: -
