The person will join our dynamic IT team to support our factory in its ramp up.

Under the responsibility of the Singapore IT MES Manager, the IT Principal Engineer CIM Siview will have to:

• Lead technically the enhancements on Siview (collect and analyze the users functional requirements, propose technical solutions)
• Launch/follow the projects related to Siview, including the relations across functions involved (automation, shopfloor…)
• Integrate third party softwares (interface design and development)
• Onboard/train the future Siview development team
• Maintain the functional alignment of the solutions between France and Singapore factories
• Define the Siview roadmap together with the MES Manager

This will require autonomy, good relationship and a strong quality culture as well as the ability to understand the constraints of our environment.

The job is based in our Semiconductor factory in Pasir Ris (Singapore) and requires close work with people located in our headquarters in France.

Requirements:

• Experienced IT engineer with a strong technical background (>10 years) and demonstrated ability to define IT solutions in a complex and highly automated 24*7 environment
• Mandatory technical skills: IBM Siview, C++, Java, Gitlab/Jenkins, Linux
• Other recommended technical skills: Automation SECS GEM, .Net Core, DB2
• Mandatory functional skills: strong experience in the semi-conductor industry (>10 years)

JOB SUMMARY

Support the Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.

Main focus: conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production equipment and personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist and support Manufacturing Engineer on daily production activities as below.

· Create Assemble processes and train Operators.

· Able to perform Assembly process for High Level Assembly (HLA). Understanding on assembly drawing and procedure.

· Perform PM, also keeping track on Engineering Tools, Fixture records.

· Assist Manufacturing Engineers in NPI run, product quality issue and provide the finding and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action).

· Assist, Manufacturing Engineers in product evaluation and necessary data collection.

· Assist in coordination of line re-configurations and machine/workstation move activities, including equipment arrival, installation, and process related setup.

· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

· Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechatronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Able to implement continuous improvements and cost reduction programs.

· Good communication skills.

Job Description

1. Preparation and submission of MSRA prior to the commencement of work
2. Liaise with SO team to clear off inspection.
3. Lead the site supervisor in clearing off site inspection, and to check and ensure that the work is carried out safely as per drawing, and is of good quality.
4. Coordinate with subcontractor to resolve the issues and to ensure that the work is carried out as per approved MSRA & design, and to meet the schedules.
5. Checking and ensuring all the temporary work is carried out as per PE design.

Requirements

1. Min 2 to 3 Years Relevant Work Experience (C&S RC /nbuilding work)
2. Bachelor Degree in construction/ civil/ structural)
3. Proficient in English writing and speaking.
4. Microsoft application (words, excel, ppt etc)

· Responsible for all Electrical/Instruments/Electronic related matters

· Interpretation of all electrical & instrumentation drawings and coordinate with outsources on panel building, wiring, control sequence and PLC programming etc.

· Generate and prepare electrical wiring diagrams and installation of all electrical wiring works and control panel

· Building of system control panels, distribution/junction boxes

· Servicing, Testing and commissioning of all systems both in-house and on site (local and overseas)

· Setting and calibration of all instruments

· Trouble shooting of all electrical related problems

· Coordinate with production team on electrical installation for built systems

· Coordination with Customer on job related matters

· Provide support to Mechanical Engineer and procurement on technical aspects

· Liaise with suppliers (electrical items)
