What Do We Want

• Min Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Automation / Business/Operations Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years & above experiences in hands-on experience related automation design and implementation, industrial engineering or warehousing solutions or supply chain operations management and other relevant experiences.
• Proficient of the end-to-end process optimization supply chain.
• Have knowledge & experiences with the ability to integrate technical solutions into an operational environment to ensure a sustainable solution.

The Opportunity

Job Scope

• Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
• Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
• Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.
• Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites (subject to requests).
• Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.
• Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, or any Engineering related studies
• Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, Preventive Maintenance

Job Description:

• Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.
• Close follow up with business units on fixed / ad-hoc billing; generating monthly report and posting of invoices.
• Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
• Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Prepare the shipping document for Singapore and export shipment.
• Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
• Ensure hazardous substance license from customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Has prior Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.
• Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• High level of problem-solving skills; Organized, Quality / Meticulous.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that can complete tasks with proper time management.
• Proficient in SAP.
