• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware Respond promptly to incident,
• investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
• Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project • Any ad-hoc duties assigned / required.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the design and implementation of CI/CD toolsuite
• Maintenance of the CI/CD toolsuite and patching schedule
• Work closely with the software engineers to automate their deployments and improve productivity
• Work closely with the enterprise architects and IT security team to ensure compliance to their requirements
• Troubleshooting of deployment errors, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Experience working with at least one of the CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Octopus, ArgoCD
• Experience in setting up and managing Kafka based applications is a must
• Knowledege of setting up and managing observability tools
• Implementing code quality pipeline and frameworks
• Good understanding of CI/CD best practices (environmental variable replacement strategies etc)
• Good understanding of containerization tools (Docker) and usage of image repositories
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools will be a bonus (Kubernetes)
