Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineering Board
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in plant maintenance from the Power or Oil and Gas industries
• Sound Mechanical engineering maintenance knowledge.
• Good knowledge of safety and statutory requirement will be and advantage

Digital IC Verification

• Develop and maintain verification environment for IP modules and SOC level using UVM methodology.
• Write, review and implement verification plan.
• Create and debug test cases.
• Perform code coverage analysis on IP modules and SOC level.
• Continuous improvement of the verification flow.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5 years or above experience in digital IC verification. Staff level will be considered for engineer with more years of experiences.
• Working experiences from design to tape-out are essential
• Experience in system Verilog and UVM verification methodology
• Experience in using EDA tools from Synopsys or Cadence
• Knowledge and working experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

1. Digital and mixed-signal design
2. Microcontroller and graphics processor products
3. Knowledge in connectivity technology such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C, AHB.
4. Embedded programming using C language.

Job Responsibilities

• DFM Study and Evaluation by conducting in-depth DFM studies on customer drawings and technical documents to identify potential design and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to make necessary design improvements for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Identify resources/areas for improvement or upgrading on capabilities when required.
• Perform comprehensive cost analysis studies and reviews to optimize tooling expenses while maintaining quality and performance.
• Utilize 3D CAD software, preferably Creo Parametric or UG or NX tools, to create, modify, and optimize tooling designs.
• Propose innovative process flows that enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Preferred 8 years’ experience in tooling engineering with a strong background in rubber and plastic component parts manufacturing.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Creo Parametric / UG / NX tools.
• Extensive experience as a mold maker in the rubber and plastic manufacturing industry.
• Good Knowledge in conducting cost-effective mold tooling reviews and studies.

Job Description

Preferred Experience in Construction or Shaft with Pipe Jacking, Open Cut Trenching for Water Pipes and Sewer Pipes.

1. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

2. Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open–cut works.

3. Participate in pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts, preparation of high-level project plan with project timeline and resource requirements, and staffing and organisation of project team.

4. Plan, coordinate and communicate project plan, timeline and activities to the project team. Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress such as LTA, PSM, SLA, HDB, SPPG, SP Group and N parks and all the telecommunication authorities

5. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the project.

6. Assist with Project Manager for Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring their quality and configuration management.

7. Assist with Project Manager to maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till their resolution.

8. Assist with Project Manager for Manage performance of the project team, guide the project team in resolving issues, and resolve conflicts within the project team.

9. Assist with Project Manager for Manage customer’s expectation by understanding customers’ needs and providing realistic expectations and scope of the projects.

10. Work closely with 3rd-parties involved in projects.

11. Verify the As-built drawings & claim documents

12. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.
