Job Description:

• Involvement in Production testing scope.

• Operates and maintains simple test equipment appropriately to measure and perform RF PCBA & module tuning and testing

• Perform duties with minimal supervision

• Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into work

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Set up and run HASS to qualify the modules under testing conditions.

• Conduct a Functional Acceptance Test to complete the module test process.

• Maintaining the operations of the ATE stations

• To generate test reports

Job Requirement:

• Education background : ITE or Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or related studies

• On the job training will be provided.

• Prior experience working in electronics (modules) production / manufacturing environment

• Competent handling of miniature with tweezers

• Ability to handle and solder components using a microscope

• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes

• Work Location: Ang Mo Kio

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

• Able to understand mechanical and electrical wiring diagram with some basic understanding of cable termination.

• Experience with network design and networking exposure will be added advantage

• Good knowledge with Operating platform such as Microsoft Windows and Linux

• Proficiency in operating measuring equipment or software such as network analyser, serial protocol analyser and oscilloscope

As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repairs, servicing a variety of engine brands, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. The role involves collaborating with technicians to assess engine repair needs, maintaining machinery, and ensuring the service area remains organized and functional.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct repair and service for various brands of equipment and engines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out assessments with technicians
• Create detailed work scope and parts requirements for quotations
• Maintain and care for machinery, tools, and service area

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical repair and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in maintaining service areas

• Able to start immediately.
