Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced NPI Process Engineer or Senior NPI Process Engineer to lead and support new product introductions (NPI) in the company's manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth integration of new designs into production, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. This role is critical for our success in delivering high-quality semiconductor manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate NPI projects, ensuring seamless transition from product design to mass production.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues through data analysis methodologies such as RCA, 5 Why, and 4D problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to ensure design and process alignment.
• Develop, review, and update Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for process risk assessment.
• Utilize CAD software for design validation and 3D prototyping to support product and process development.
• Implement process improvements based on data analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production teams on new product and process developments.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in DFMA, process engineering, data analysis, mechanical and electrical design, software, and CAD.
• Familiarity with FMEA and 3D prototyping techniques.
• Strong decision-making, time management, and project coordination abilities.
• Leadership and risk assessment skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, automation, Industry 4.0, and programming.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading NPI projects and cross-functional teams.

Report to Construction Manager & Project Director.

Plan daily, weekly and monthly work for each section and liaise on work tasks and construction methods to be used with the foreman and workers.

Reporting to the Construction Manager for all production and labour related aspects of project.

Monitor progress of work, quality of workmanship compliance with requirements and Quality records.

Overall in-charge of construction of road tunnel, escape staircases, utilities & road diversions etc.,

Seek advice and resolve site engineering problems and with Construction Station Manager.

Assist Construction Manager in preparing materials/manpower/equipment/sub-con/supplier requirements for station works based on the baseline programme.

Monitor the progress and update Construction Manager on all issues.

Report/record events and instructions.

Check quality and quantity of subcontract work done.

Involve and pre-start meetings with sub-contractors to discuss method/progress/quality/safety and resources issues.

Able to work on night shift work, when required.
