Roles and Responsibility:

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.
• Responsible for the day to day support, monitoring, upgrades, patching, configuration and management of privileged access infrastructure.
• Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be 'hands-on', well organised, risk and compliance focused, and self-driven as this is a fast-paced and highly technical environment.

The role requires excellent prioritisation, responsiveness, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Requires 4 or more years of related technical experience in Cyberark, including deployment, configuration, management, and support of all Cyberark infrastructure components. This includes regional support and integration of Cyberark via APIs. Cyberark certifications are preferred.
• Able to write Powershell scripts and SQL statements to develop management reports on the usage and operations management of privileged accounts.
• Experience with Tableau data visualization tool for dashboarding, Angular JS for web development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise privileged access management, risk management, compliance, governance and control.
• Strong understanding of key platform OS/databases e.g. Windows, Unix, MSSQL, MariaDB. Prior experience in administering such key platforms is preferred.
• Experience in working in banking environment is preferred.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar) OR combination of relevant professional experience and education, such as Cyberark certifications.

Salary: SGD 6K to 7.5K

As a Third-Party Risk Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy and Alternative Control Framework Third Party Management Standard across TTS. You will focus on implementing supplier level risk assessments and be required to execute various high visibility cross-functional projects by managing within the project plan and working with key partners.

Key responsibilities:

· Support the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy and Alternative Control Framework Third Party Management Standard across TTS.

· Drive the completion of third-party risk assessments partnering with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and internal functions.

· Gather third party relationship level data for inventory system and risk assessments (work with local BAOs)

· Support project milestones and ensure local inventory is correct

· Data validation with TPM systems and remediation of discrepancies

· Submission and tracking of business leveraged controls

· Contract data review, validation and manual migration to central system

· Incremental third party control support

· Promote and deliver continuous training and awareness of the program to the TTS Business.

· Identify, monitor, track and escalate issues requiring remediation.

· Ensure the program expectations are met and exceeded including relationships being captured in a centralised inventory and risk assessments being performed in a timely and accurate manner.

· Build and maintaining an excellent relationship with TTS Business Activity Owners (BAOs), Enterprise Third Party Management, Operational Risk Management and other stakeholders.

· Assist in creating and submitting timely Governance updates on progress against plan, key issues identified and escalating accordingly.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Third-Party Management, with knowledge of assessing third party risk and associated control requirements within a global financial services organization.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, governance, and technology within regulated and complex environment.

· Ability to work as part of a global team and independently.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with and influence management and lines of defence partners.

· Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities through the effective use of time management and organizational techniques.

· Energetic with a proven record for risk management innovation, design, and technology with proven success implementing large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

· Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, CISA or similar) preferred

Requirements

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronic engineering, building services or facilities management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering, maintenance or management in manufacturing environment
• Have a strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as building automation and control systems.
• Proactive in resolving problems and have a strong focus on safety to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
