Job Scope

1. Responsible for the Management, inclusive of Operations, Project Management, Tendering, Precast Design and QA/QC, etc…
2. Manage the entire chain from Planning to Procurement, Production to Logistics as well as raw materials, machinery, equipment and manpower, etc….
3. Manage the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
4. Ensure workplace safety and enforce staff safety measures at all times
5. Implement and manage continuous improvement on manufacturing processes and recommend changes through staff training and workplace practices
6. Manage and oversee QA/QC processes and documentation including all relevant certification and approval
7. Provide leadership and motivation to the team on day-to-day operations
8. Waste control and increase production capabilities
9. Ability to read and understand contracts and design drawings
10. Manage the Precast Operations in Singapore and Johor and able to liaise with the relevant Authorities in both countries

Requirement

1. A degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with Customers, Contractors, Consultants and all level of staff.
4. Good organizational and time management skills.
5. Added advantage for candidate who possesses related working experience in Precast Design, ICPH or Automation projects in construction related technologies.

Role

A member of Building Management Services reporting to Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities and Tasks

1) Reporting to Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager.

2) Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of ACMV equipment (ie. Chillers, Cooling Towers, pumps, AHU, FCU & etc are functions as per scheduled).

3) Maintain/repair plumbing & sanitary systems to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures if required.

4) General maintenance/repair of electrical fixtures and fittings.

5) General maintenance/repair of wall, ceiling and floor finishes.

6) Act as a member of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) for Tier 1 HRI building.

7) Monitor all work being performed by term contractors & tenant’s service contractors, tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement works.

8) Attend to tenant’s request and feedback.

9) Responsible for alerting the management of any unusual occurrence or damage that have taken place or that may occur (ie. faulty of lifts, escalator, ejector pumps).

10) Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

1) Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail mall/office/hotel with sound technical knowledge of building services (M&E).

2) Higher Nitec in Facility Management or Nitec in Built Environment (Mechanical & Electrical Services).

3) Candidates with Certificate of WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings (RFEB) course, and Certificate of CERT First Aid with CPR and AED course will have added advantage. Training will be provided to candidates without this.

4) Basic knowledge in MS Office.

5) Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

6) Effective problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
