Key Responsibilities

• Develop client business by exploring opportunities, guiding client needs, and designing solutions.
• Provide after-sales technical support to major accounts, including service management, channel management, pre-sales testing, project implementation, troubleshooting, and customer service planning.
• Coordinate resources (technical, sales, R&D, service providers) to ensure smooth project progression and address any issues promptly.

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Network-related certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE are preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in network solution design or on-site delivery, preferably in the Singapore market.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud data centers or campus networks.
• Proficiency in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, SSH, VRRP, STP, NetConf, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Python, Shell).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments using tools like Wireshark.
• Deep understanding of network technology and industry trends in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

• Present weekly sales reports to management and lead weekly sales strategy meetings.
