A Day in the Life

• Quality Improvement Projects across the sites:Lead and execute improvement projects related to manufacturing quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement.
  Drive strategic initiatives aimed at elevating product quality and compliance.
  
• Core Competency Development in Quality organization:Establish and strengthen the Quality Engineering (QE) core competency within the organization.
  
  Knowledge Transfer and Teaching:Effectively transfer quality concepts and best practices to team members.
  Mentor and coach junior engineers in quality methodologies.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Process Analyst or equivalent would be an advantage
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be a plus
• Significant experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• + 7 years of experience in Fulfillment Engineering, business process engineering, or warehouse/logistics automation consulting.
• Subject matter expertise in end-to-end Automation Solutions with a robust foundation in industrial/mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in solution design, warehousing cost modeling, and optimization of logistics operations.
• Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and project management communication skills.
