Job scope:

• Play a major role in organizing, planning, developing, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and activities (business plan / sales forecast) in defined region. • Drive efficiency of BD processes and enhance synergy across regions including collaboration with other internal functions (including cross regions Finance, SCM, SC Planning) and utilizing existing planning, monitoring and forecasting tools to achieve planned sales volumes as per budget.
• Manage customers manufacturing assets requirements and be the focal person to consolidate all sales needs coming from various countries globally. Supervise all related sales responsible to ensure all set plans and sales process are achieved.

Position: Desktop Support Engineer (Band 1)

Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
• Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite.

Position Responsibilities and Functions

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
• Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
• Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Windows Desktop support.
• Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.

• Documentation & Best Practices: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, models, and architecture. Promote best practices in data engineering and drive continuous improvements in processes and technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on building data pipelines and solutions using Databricks
• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark and experience in optimizing Spark jobs
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with Delta Lake or data lakehouse architectures
• Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Python or Scala for data processing and workflow automation
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, Databricks Workflows, or similar
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in the cloud
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for data engineering

• Responsible for field instrument and control system design work.
• Able to lead small/medium size project within budgeted MH, cost and project schedule.
• Prepare and review field instruments, Analyzer, Control Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G etc) specification, requisition, TBE, vendor document review.
• Prepare and review construction drawings such as Index, IO List, Location layout, hook-up, cable routing, loop diagram etc. based on project specifications.
• Evaluate and select suitable instruments for required process control/monitoring application.
• Lead the estimation work of BMBQ, Man-hour, technical proposal writeup, for new tender project.
• Preparation of project monthly report and attending project & client meeting as required.
• Work collaboration with other GEC and monitor daily job task assignment.
• Perform FAT/inspection for control system and field instruments as required.
• Perform SAT, Loop check, site construction and commissioning support as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Instrument and Control Engineering.
• 15 years’ experience in instrument and control system design work.
• Knowledge and experience in Field Instrument Engineering as well as Control System, e.g. DCS, ESD, F&G.
• Able to work at construction site to support construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Good interpersonal and communication.
