• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Scrience/Engineering

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

• Diploma/Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline
• Attained CCNA/CCNP/CCIE technical certification
• 5-10 year’s work experience in either the financial or telecommunications industry with an excellent understanding of WAN, LAN and Voice technologies and network operations
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS technologies
• Good knowledge of DWDM Optical Transport technologies.
• Experience in various network monitoring and telemetry tools in data & security infrastructure such as Solarwind, cPacket, CISCO ISE, ServOne
• Experience in ITIL and defining various network documentation for operations support
• Experience on Automation using Python, Ansible or any other programming language.
• Experience in Change, Incident, and Problem management in banking industry
• Proficiency in SharePoint
• Experience with Vendor management
• Understanding the risk management and work closely with the Bank information security and risk team.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proactive and possess initiative , self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision,
• Willing to work in non-office hour and provide 7x24 on-call standby support

Experience and Qualifications required

• Holder of CCNP is the minimum requirement
• 5+ years of experience in Network services, with minimum 2 years in finance industry
• Expertise in connectivity and data center network infrastructure design, implementation and support (CCIE is a strong ‘plus’)
• Expertise in Firewall implementation and support (Checkpoint certification is a strong “plus”)
• Strong Background in Automation and Tooling.
• Client-oriented, strong communication and organization skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Design toolings, fixtures and gauges.
• Establish Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP); conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Liaise with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
• Lead/Support continuous improvement projects through Barnes Enterprise system.
• Support Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process
• Multi-task other engineering-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in precision engineering/aerospace component manufacturing or mass manufacturing. Competent with CAD software; Siemens NX Unigraphics preferred.
• Experience with CNC machining and programming using CAD/CAM.
• Good knowledge of tool and fixture design.
• Proficient at reading, analyzing, and interpreting customer drawings, specifications, procedures, and standards.
• Good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of people.
• Knowledge of IoT sensors/gateways, hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with special processes such as heat treatment, welding, non-conventional machining.

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering or Diploma holders with minimum 5 years’ experience.
