• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials, workshop tools and office supplies
• Generate purchase orders, oversea delivery schedules and maintain purchase records
• Manage suppliers, resolve discrepancies or quality issues on purchases
• Inventory management with workshop/storeman

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Positive & proactive attitude.

Job Description

· Responsible for site safety and site management

· Supervise all the work sites, including road openings, all works on public roads, signing arrangement and reinstatement works.

· Preparation of construction schedule and monitoring of work progress.

· Experience with LTA projects

· Coordinate and supervise the civil work progress.

· Oversee the planning, drawing management and implementation of demolitions.

· Conduct meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work.

· Submit to PE with construction drawing for pipe laying works.

· Order materials as per construction drawing needed

· Liaise with Pub to arrange the testing date and Call for witness QPS

· Liaise with Pub for site inspection before linking up with necessary material

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance.

· Liaising with local authorities, client’s representatives and sub con and consultants.

· Review project specifications, tender classification and construction drawings.

· Assist project manager in daily works.

· All other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Any one of the below:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equalent with at least 2 years of experience

Salary S$3500 to S$4500
