ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

In collaboration and alignment with Corporate Engineering, Project Management, Procurement:

· Conduct Field Engineering during the piloting, construction, commissioning and operation/maintenance/DLP/after sale phases of Gradiant’s Projects in Singapore and overseas with minimal supervision.

· Provide technical and hands-on support for the implementation of pilot studies and commercial operations (e.g. process adjustments, chemical preparation, preventive maintenance activities, corrective maintenance, instrument calibration, membrane cleaning, troubleshooting, process optimization) as directed by Gradiant Operations and Process Engineering Managers.

· Support the development, establishment, and maintenance of plant performance monitoring, reporting and improvement.

· Proactively report and investigate plant performance/reliability issues and propose practical and cost-effective solutions.

· Coordinate and oversee the relevant technical support to the operating sites, as to reduce unplanned downtime through failure analysis and corrective actions implementation.

· Support the preparation of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs at operating sites and closely monitor their performance.

· Participate in technical meetings related to Gradiant projects being executed and potential project opportunities as Gradiant’s local representative.

The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) is a research institute at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore. Its mission is to conduct fundamental research on earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunami and climate change in and around Southeast Asia, toward safer and more sustainable societies. The Centre for Geohazard Observations (CGO) of EOS provides technical and research support to the observatory. It installs, maintain and manages the observatory’s geophysical and other field instrumentation stations spread over several countries in the region.

The Research Engineer is to enable the research conducted by EOS by providing effective technical and technological solutions in installing, maintaining and managing the various geohazard observation stations, and conducting field surveys. The purpose is to measure and collect quality field data necessary for the tectonic, volcanic and climate related research of the observatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install and maintain geohazard observation stations and networks in and round Southeast Asia that collect geophysical, geodetic and geochemical data for research. Job Overview

The Product Development Engineer (PDE) is part of BU R&D Team. The goal of the PDE is to present Amcor as a responsive and an innovative packaging solution provider.

The role requires close links with sales, customers and marketing in order to generate and deliver sales or profit growth through new product development and roll out of existing concepts and value optimisation.

The primary purposes of this role are:

• Primary technical point of contact for the customer and sales for new product opportunities
