Job Description:

• Documentation creation and conversion to Batam standards;
• Drive the development and design transfer for Analytical Lighting products from Salem to Batam, working with Cambridge and Salem counterparts interfacing with Batam Manufacturing team to ensure successful transfer, ultimately leading to mass production in Batam;

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake independently the assignments such as commissioning, installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair/overhaul of MTU electrical/electronics products and its associated equipment at MTU workshop or at site in accordance with MTU manuals and/or specific given instructions.
• Capable of resolving technical matters and completing services according to the works order for acceptance by the customers. Provide service/investigation reports where applicable.
• Perform function tests on electronic equipment and carry out repair/adjustment if required.
• Conduct acceptance test of equipment and systems with customers or customer representatives. Advise/recommend repair works where necessary.
• Prepare and submit travel report on work progress as well as completion of project.
• Observes the safety regulations of WSHA and guidelines/risk assessment from the company's WSH Committee when performing the work at-site or at customer's premises.
• Work assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with at least 1 year’s working experience.
• Strong drive and initiative with the ability to work under pressure and able to work independently, good troubleshooting and analytical skill.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skill.
• Willing to travel overseas
• Preferably a valid class 3 license.

Job Description

The Facade Designer prepares detailed design documents throughout the project design process, from the concept design through to detailed design and administration of design during construction. This includes preparation of design drawings, design details, sketches and other required documents to produce final working documents.

Duties and responsibilities

1. To work with project architect and / or Design Manager to produce detailed working documents for assigned projects.
2. To update / maintain all reference files, reference materials and samples.
3. To revise documents for active projects as required.
4. To review shop drawings for completeness and conformance with design requirements.
