· Installation, service, testing and troubleshooting of all hardware and software programs for the customer on site and in the field

· Troubleshoot computer hardware issues, operating systems, and antivirus and software issues

· Investigate and resolve trouble tickets quickly and efficiently providing root cause analysis as required

· Respond to, evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests, maintain SLAs and document support requests in ticketing system (ServiceNow)

· Perform installation and configuration of workstations, printers, cable distribution systems and other related equipment as applicable

· Excellent hardware diagnosing and repair skills, including disassembly and re-assembly of products

· Experience in network design, installation, and maintenance

Qualifications for printer technician

· Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcome

· High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4+ year's printer/copier service or industry related experience

· Repairs & performs preventative maintenance on hardware (black / white or color digital copiers)

· Utilizes systems in place for service call tickets, parts usage and transfer of inventory

· Will utilize websites, technical manuals, handbooks and technical publications to keep current with new equipment and enhancements to old

· Valid & Clean driver's license reliable transportation a must

Equipment

• Responsible for TEST TOR (Tool of Records) equipment sites' support, evaluation, trouble-shooting and installation
• Fan out Best-Known Method to all sites in TOR procedures, deficiencies, and designs/implements improvements.
• Work closely with process engineering and site’s equipment maintenance team to develop and support new process/technology implementation.
• Monitor and identify process efficiency, OEE and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Supports TOR Equipment OS (Operating Software) and software release.
• Supports evaluation on new technologies and equipment to improve current tool sets and method.
• Independent and self-driven in projects/tasks assigned.

Support internal/external Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelors' or Masters' in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Design or automation core skill
• Knowledge of Backend manufacturing TEST equipment and processes.
• Good understanding of equipment electrical/mechanical fundamental such as: electronics circuit, infra-structure, mechanical function and the reliability of the equipment.
• Excellent in problem analytical and decision-making ability is required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools: Decision Analysis, RA (Risk Assessment), FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis) and change management process.
• Experiences in backend equipment maintenance/engineering area would be preferred.

To organize and manage various parts and functions of micropiling projects undertaken by the company from start to end and ensure their successful completion.

This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks to supervisors and workers involved in the various micropiling projects undertaken by the company, as well as creating weekly reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.

Should be able to calculate and plan ahead for materials and manpower needed for a particular project.

Coordinate with the client/customer on a daily basis.

Attend project meeting and briefings.

Manage maintenance and movement of all machineries and equipment.

Prepare work schedule and monitor work progress accordingly.

Liaise with material suppliers and manage material ordering process.

Arrange / make regular site visits for assesment and inspection.
