Purpose and Scope

The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual provisions which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

• Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc

Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Creation of 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models

The candidate must collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, execute tasks within budget and schedule.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic planning and framework as well as engineering solutions for the management of stormwater drainage, coastal and flood protection/mitigation measures, environmental and sustainability.
• Carry out data analysis and benchmarking to support analysis, modelling and simulation.
• Analyse topographic surveys, hydrological studies, geological, geotechnical and soil investigation studies, as well as other predesign studies.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, GIS mapping, stormwater drainage, sustainable urban drainage systems, climate change resilience, coastal management, flood risk assessment and integrated water management.
• Conduct erosion and sediment control/scour protection design, flooding assessment/ flood plain maps definition, and stream restoration projects, watercourse diversions, ponds design.

Clinical Co-ordinator (Mechanical Heart Devices)

You will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of mechanical heart devices implantation including assessment of patients on their suitability, management of patients supported with the devices, as well as assist in the routine investigations for the patients. You will be required to hold discussions with patients and their families to ensure their understanding of the mechanical heart devices programme and conduct device training for patients, family members and staff. • Work with electronics and robotics engineer to create web based GUI to display robot product status
