Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on risk control or anti-fraud solutions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on risk control or anti-fraud solutions in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
