• Renew and follow up expire MOM certification for lifting, compressor.
• Follow up forklift maintenance.

6) Witness Test Support

• Support and discuss with QA for comment related to production issue.

7) Calibration

• Review calibration record and update the calibration record list.
• Request quotation and arrangement calibration. Coordination with Production supervisor for arrangement.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
• 3 - 5years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the basis of design, functional requirements, process description, performance measurement criteria, and commissioning plans
• Having prior experience in Hydrogen, CO2, and Ammonia will be advantage
• Prepare process flow diagrams, plot plan, piping & instrument diagrams, process specs for equipment
• Analyze new and existing flows through terminals by preparing a flow model conceptual digital twin
• Carry out technical calculations using Global engineering design tools and processes to support designs
• Review and prepare project design specifications; comply with local regulations, Vopak standards, and international standards while developing designs
• Support the execution of the project plan for different project phases
• Review engineering documents during project execution
• Support or promote new tools and methods to improve the overall process
• Develop new tools and adapt existing tools to cover new and emerging technologies and business areas such as new energies
• Stakeholder engagement; raising GE profile among project engineers within the organization, training other project engineers as required
• Engage in the technical knowledge management process (RF), training community of RF key users where required
• Support project reviews/workshops during project design
• Assist with resource planning for Global Engineering, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports on status
• Assist in the process of preparing project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Empowering the BD community (FAST tool development, roll-out, and support)
• Help to prioritize within the Global Engineering department (projects, long-term initiatives) and to contribute the Global Engineering vision/mission

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a project/process engineering position in a related industry
• Knowledge of piping systems, tanks, and equipment including pumps, compressors, and valves
• Fluent in English and open to travel
• Customer orientation; quality orientation; result orientation

1. Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins.
2. Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and ladder on time and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.
3. Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer.
4. Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.
5. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors.
6. Ensure safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to rules and regulations set by the safety policy manual by the company. They will have to ensure the protection and safety equipment is 100 per cent tried and tested for safe use.
7. Arrange labor and other professionals including pipe fitter, duct fitter and assistant duct fitter. They also act as a supervisor for the installation and maintenance project.
8. Additional responsibilities include having to arrange for the safety gear and equipment they need to do their work.
9. Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.
10. Attending weekly and monthly meetings held by the project manager and QC supervisor to talk about the project updates and completion.
11. Assisting the commission team during the testing, balancing, and adjusting phases of air and hydronic fitting.

This position reports to the Group Engineering Manager and is part of the OMS Engineering Team. OMS Engineering department supports all the product lines of OMS and is responsible to design and define the specifications for the products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferable in Engineering.
• 5 years of supervisor and above.
• Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and good business sense.
• HAZOP and PSSR facilitator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
