3.2 Ask quotation for consumer, material.
3.3 Issue purchase order to supplier (include transportation order for delivery)
4. Accounts
4.1 Document update & filing
4.2 Prepare inventory list of material and product.
4.3 Issue project invoice.
4.4 Issue accounts statement for outstanding payment of client.
4.5 Workers salary calculation and issue .
