Your Impact

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
• T3-technical support role who will be handling escalations from front line and Tier 2 technical support teams within Palo Alto networks
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers

Job Description:

· Work with daily CT scan tasks, including setup, operation, and analysis of test samples.

· Perform detailed studies and analysis on defects found during testing.

· Supervise daily X-Ray/DR/XCT tests, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.

· Conduct hands-on maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

· Basic knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
