Job Description:

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components, based on engineer's drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Model complex geometries and assemblies while adhering to project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Generate shop drawings, sections, and details from the model for fabrication, installation, and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design integrity and resolve clashes effectively.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings to identify and resolve potential conflicts between different building systems.
• Utilize clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks) to identify and resolve clashes early in the design process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Embed relevant data into the model such as material specifications, manufacturer details, installation instructions, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain model integrity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest revisions.
• Generate reports and schedules from the model, including material takeoffs, equipment lists, and construction sequencing.
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV principles, including ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Be proficient in relevant BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM standards and technologies and assist with the preparation of as-built drawings.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who to take up the Process AE position, with hands-on experience in process support involving machine qualification, products inspection/disposition/data collection and quality monitoring.

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Process AE to take responsibility for Operations Engineering. In this role, you will handle process related daily operations and support process engineers to maintain and improve module KPIs.

What You Will Do:

•Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process.

•Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production, and implementation of process improvement projects.

•Troubleshoot process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold. Review SPC charts using and monitor all qualified processes using statistical tools

•Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.

•Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs..

•Provide proper and accurate passdown of line issues, outstanding follow-up tasks and documentation.

•Escalate problems to engineers promptly;

Responsibilities

• Perform detail data analysis using various statistical/analytics tools to identify process root cause and fail mechanism of yield issues
• Work closely with Process Integration and Process & Equipment engineer to provide timely yield feedback to enable fast yield ramp to mature.
• Use knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing process to explain and resolve yield issues
• Participate in multi-area problem solving focus team to provide yield and failure analysis expertise to solve sophisticated yield problems
• Prepare detail and clear yield indices and reports/Pareto of yield deviation to the Fab team to provide the direction of process improvements
• Serve as a key role in identifying and implementing new methods for yield analysis, and working with Yield Enhancement team to continuous improve YE process efficiencies
• Engage other sister Fabs to shares Best Known Methods (BKM) and yield learning
• Coordinate in all Failure Analysis activities and characterization to narrow down process root cause of yield deviation and limiters
• Support transfer of next generation technology from R&D to production Fab as and when vital
• Work closely with RDA to identify and minimize inline defect gaps to end-of-line fails, and support them to provide inline die-loss for all defect related yield limiters
• Mentor YE technician on daily yield analysis operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferred in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Possess a good understanding of Semiconductor processes, especially in NAND Flash structure and function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present data in large meetings
