Our client is one of the leading players in the Engineering & Construction sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a BIM Modeller to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities of BIM Modeller:

• Create M&E shop drawings from as-built drawings and submit promptly.
• Verify drawings meet project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams for drawing revisions and updates.
• Aid in documentation and submissions related to BIM processes.
• Provide support to Project Manager for project completion and additional tasks if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in mechanical relevant field
• Experience in modelling
• Knowledge in Autocad

7) Site coordination & arrangement.

8) Identify and quote for work variations.

9) Workforce arrangement.

10) Progress record.

11) Submit progress claim.

12) Follow up for progress claim for payment response.
