We are seeking a proactive Security Engineer with hands-on experience in the operational support of cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience in managing and maintaining cybersecurity tools and systems to safeguard our organization’s infrastructure. This role demands a strong foundation in cybersecurity operations, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support and optimize security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cybersecurity Operations Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
   Perform routine system health checks, updates, and patching for security systems.
   Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cybersecurity technologies to ensure optimal performance.
   
2. Incident Monitoring and Management: Monitor security systems for alerts and assist in investigating potential security incidents.
   Collaborate with the incident response team to contain and mitigate threats.
   Assist in documenting and communicating incident reports and resolutions.
   
3. Configuration and Optimization: Support the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity tools to meet organizational needs.
   Implement policies, rules, and configurations in line with security best practices and compliance requirements.
   Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements for improved security posture.
   
4. Threat Management: Assist in analyzing threat intelligence to update and refine security systems.
   Help maintain updated signatures, rule sets, and threat detection policies.
   
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of security configurations, incidents, and system updates.
   Generate periodic security reports for management review.
6. Patch Management: Plan and apply regular updates to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain system compliance.
7. Service and Change Requests: Respond to inbound Change Requests (CRs), Service Requests (SRs) or other queries within SLA.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the operations support of cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Imperva DAM, Cyberark, Trend Micro Cloud One, Web Gateway (ie McAfee) and AquaSec, Tenable
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including network security, threat detection, and incident response.
• Knowledge in AWS cloud native security tools and services such as AWS IAM, Firewall/WAF, GuardDuty, KMS etc.
• Strong fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and Firewalls (e.g. Checkpoint, Fortigate)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to create and document detailed test plans for verifying the SoC design.
• Establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
• Develop reusable testbenches, test cases using constrained-random and directed methods, and verification modules for both block and system levels.
• Create a regression strategy, methodology, and scripting tools, ensuring comprehensive function coverage and addressing verification gaps before design releases and tape-out.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve simulation issues.
• Provide support to test engineers during post-silicon validation.
• Mentor and guide team members and junior engineers, aiming to enhance verification efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years working experience.
• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.
