Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance for ground support equipments and vehicles.
• Manage outsourced contractors.

Requirements:

• NITEC in automotive engineering or related.
• Comfortable working shift work.

Other information:

• Working hours: 6 days per week, rotating shift including overnight
• Location: Changi

Mandatory Skills

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Servers

Expert knowledge of Windows troubleshooting

Preferably certified in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Assist in cash and bank facilities management
• Use group accounts and entity accounts financial analysis
• Handles full spectrum of monthly financial accounting and group accounting , reporting, and data entry
• Handle accounting systems administration
• Assist group accountant to prepare group consolidation
• Liase with auditor for group consolidation matter
• Any Ad-hoc as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Qualification in Accounting
• 3-5 Years' experience in handling partial accounts
• Advanced MS Excel skills/Macros
• Knowledge in GLOBE3/ACCPAC/ COGNOS accounting software will be advantageous
• Group consol experience preferred
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under timeline pressure
• Able to start immediately or with short notice
