Responsibilities
· Support and maintain organization’s computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
· Perform end user supports.
· Install and maintain IT equipment and software.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Candidates
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
Job Specification
· 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
· Those who have strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware are welcome to apply.
· Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting to resolve end users’ issues.
· Ask questions to pinpoint problem.
· Setup workstations for new employees.
· New user account creation.
· Setup and provide support for Microsoft Outlook on Users’ workstations.
· Assist in IT report generation.
· Purchase of IT equipment, including getting the quotations.
· Maintain IT asset inventory documents.
