Key Responsibilities

• Focus on equipment design, hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting projects related to jacket flooding systems and valves
• Assess the client's needs to understand design requirements.
• Use CAD software to create design drafts (such as P&ID and GA drawings).
• List necessary materials, compare with current stock, and manage inventory reports for project implementation.
• Keep track of the project's progress to ensure it aligns with the planned timeline.
• Test, diagnose issues with, and fix equipment or products manually.
• Manage the submission of documents to clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted PV system including layouts, Single line diagram (SLD), schematic diagrams, calculation of sizing and BOQ of material. Highly experienced with Autocad.
• Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard. End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and Service Support.
• Familiar with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope.
• In addition to the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or daily by the immediate reporting officer

· Perform as an appointed PE’s assignee to provide full time standing supervision of movement and operation of any crane, whether fixed or mobile, hoist, ladder, drilling or piling equipment, excavator or any other mechanical equipment or vehicle within the railway protection and safety zones

· Take reasonable steps and exercise due diligence to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/details and in compliance with the Rapid Transit Systems (Railway Protection, Restricted Activities) Regulations; Guide to carrying out Restricted Activities within the Railway Protection and Safety Zones and the Code of Practice for Railway Protection

· Complete/perform ad-hoc inspection work, such as inspection of pull out test, drilling hole depth, steel frame detail, and steel frame installation as and when requested

8. Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager as appropriate;

9. Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;

10. Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;

11. Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;

12. Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;

13. Assists in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment, etc;

14. Assists the Project Manager in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with safety personnel;

15. Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;

16. Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team;
