• Lead the design and development of the power control system for flow batteries, including DC side topology, AC output, battery management, energy management, and integration of various sensors and equipment.
• Develop charging and discharging algorithms and manage cloud monitoring and battery charge controllers.
• Produce SLD, BOM, GA of complete power components for fabrication and collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct circuit analysis, simulation, PCB layout, sample making, field testing, system integration, testing, and commissioning to meet industrial and IEC standards.
• Work closely with vendors and research partners for the development of suitable DC-DC converters and micro-inverters.
• Specify and design control logics for power conversion systems (PCS), check and correct wiring for PCS cabinets, and define EMS requirements while collaborating with suppliers to meet customer expectations.
• Support circuit testing, standalone test bench development, and travel for commissioning and customer support during SAT.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and prepare necessary reports.
• Lead research projects and the electronics team in India and Singapore, including hiring necessary staff.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate with 3-to-5-year of working experience at the industrial environment, preferably related to battery energy storage system (BESS).
• Excellent communication (in English) and problem-solving skills.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Collaborate with customers and internal resource to define requirements
• Generate accurate and detailed quote summary for review
• Apply work knowledge to improve quote formats and output efficiency

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec, preferably in Mechanical or Precision engineering.
• Preferably with 5 years experiences in precision machine shop environment.
• Must be able to interpret technical drawings, BOM and GD&T.
• Review material specifications, surface coating and material pre/post treatment
• Familiar with CNC metal machining process like turning and milling etc.
• Meticulous and excellent with details
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with customers for their request.
• Well verse in Microsoft WORDS and EXCEL.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
