JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requisition of resources for the projects such as Labour, materials, equipment and others.
• Monitor the progress and performance of sub-contractors. Perform project management to ensure that project progresses according to schedule and to take the appropriate corrective action when deviations arise.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on matters concerning the progress of work, acceptance of work, approval of plans, problems faced and others.

Job Description

Looking for a qualified Engineer with a Diploma and/or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with around 5 years of experience in the heavy structural fabrication industry.

The suitable candidate must be familiar with workshop processes in terms of welding, fabrication sequences, lifting methodologies, job allocation, and prioritizing. Soft skills to manage a multi-racial workforce with various skill and trade levels.
