   Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project delivery.
   
6. Reporting and Documentation:Prepare detailed progress reports, including technical assessments.
   Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and changes.
   Prepare handover documents such as Schematic Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Operation & Maintenance Manual, and other relevant documents.
   
7. Capacity Building and Training:Provide technical support and training to project staff and stakeholders.
   Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance the efficiency of future projects.
   

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Registered with JAC as a Resident Technical Officer.

RTO Certificate accreditation by IES/ACES.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Possess good communication skills, such as active listening and speaking clearly, to be able to explain technical information to customers/subcon.

2. Possess problem-solving skills, to be able to identify and solve issues that arise during installation.

3. Competent to read and understand installation manuals and instructions, such that work can be completed efficiently and effectively.

4. Competent to conduct site survey to develop deployment plans.

5. Coordinating with other contractors or subcontractors to ensure the smooth completion of projects within time and budget constraints

6. Manage a team/s of sub-con for installation works (cable containment/support/cabling/racks and cabinets, etc)

7. Working with architects/other engineers to ensure compliance to contract requirements and meet code requirements for safety and efficiency

8. Perform maintenance on existing equipment or facilities to ensure they are operating correctly

Requirements

1. Candidates with Railway experience will be preferred.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in installation of electrical and communication infrastructures.

3. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, preferred.
