Responsibilities:

Campaign and Event Execution

• Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL- Above the line / BTL - Below the line) to drive awareness and leads. You will be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Render Engineering support for design, installation and maintenance of electronic security systems (CCTV, Card Access, RFID, Key Management Network Cable Management, Fiber Cable patch, Fiber Cable testing, Fiber Cross connect and Cable Management)

· Possess experience to provision, deploy, configure, and administer different pieces of network and security-related hardware and software. The aforementioned may include firewalls, routers, switches and other networking solutions.

· Coordinate and review all project documentations which include delivery notes, maintenance and operation manual requirements, cabling, testing and commissioning procedures and inspections.

· Strong customer orientation with soft skill to manage and maintain strong relationships with client, consultant, partner, and vendors.

· Possess skillsets to maintain upgrades, installations, and planning alongside exploration of new features and innovative solutions

· Possess the ability to evaluate, test, and troubleshoot technologies when new technologies are onboard by the company

· Setup and Configuring the AD, SQL, Windows Server, Switches, Storage and VMS/Card Access/Key management Software Application.

· Configuring RAID System and Troubleshooting windows, VMS and Storage system.

· Integrate the Third-party application and testing of installed systems, Applications & software.

· The ability to provide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries

· Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner

· Ensure proper documentation and notification updates

· Possess IT networking knowledge (Eg: CCNA and able to deploy/Setup L2/L3 network switches and routers).

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· At least 2 - 3 Years of working experience in the related field.

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer/IT technology.

· Possess excellent, clear and concise communication skill which is crucial to the project deliverables.

· Possess adaptability to work as a member of several teams, which requires flexibility. Candidates interested in this role should be comfortable working in a matrixed IT environment

· Possess excellent analytical skill as the primary role of the security engineer’s job is to solve issues for the clients,

· The engineer will also have to proactively perform research, escalate, and resolve issues effectively

· Enterprise firewall experience – experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls and gateway devices is important in this role

Position Summary

The incumbent is expected to work as part of a development team, focusing on performing non-functional testing of a range of technical products using manual and automated testing techniques.

Technical test engineer should have a strong grasp over technical tools and techniques, along with some level of software development knowledge/experience. In the test planning and preparation phases of the testing, he/she will review and contribute to test plans, as well as analyzing and assessing requirements and specifications.

The incumbent will primarily be responsible to:

• Perform in-depth technical / engineering testing
• Plan, develop and execute test cases and test scripts
• Collect adequate artifacts for issue reporting and communicate with developers for issue investigation as well as recommended resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the architecture of the product being tested
• Plan out the testing strategy to execute tests and find the hidden issues
• Analyze the pros and cons of the specific test plan, as well as the risks linked to each of the components and interfaces in the product.
• Review the code that need to be tested
• Work with test scripts and automation tools
• Analyze and log issues, and provide appropriate feedback and recommendation to resolve issues.
• Stay up to date with the technical aspects of the project infrastructure (e.g. browsers, databases, languages, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or technology.
• Keen industry knowledge of innovation in the payment, card and online spaces.
• Familiar with payment application & applications that use messaging queues, web API (SOAP/XML, RESTful), batch jobs (command line / shell scripting) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience in:

1. software testing methodology (modular testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, operational readiness testing, security testing)
2. testing of Java server application and Angular frontend application
3. working with Test Management tool(s) to track, organize, and control testing activities and JIRA for issue reporting and management
4. working with COTS testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI, JMeter, Tosca, LoadRunner, etc.)

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in programming skills to develop in-house automation test tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Database/ SQL, Linux commands/scripting, infrastructure concepts such as load balancing, traffic management, DMZ, etc.
