Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Production Division in the formulation and implementation of Production business plans to achieve the company goals and objectives.
• Manage and promote the company’s core values, business objectives and targets, including the development of supporting personnel and features for the continued growth of the company.
• Induct, train, coach, develop human resource and succession planning for the division.

Minimum Requirements:
