• Build strong, value-added relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and cross functional departments.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality in the new supplier/component release process, including compliance and sustainability aspects.
• Partnering Category team, ensuring BU product requirement and supplier technology alignment are included in building Commodity Strategy. Supporting and executing category strategy.
• Analyze lead times, identify critical paths, and prioritize demand requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 5 years or more of relevant experience
• Procurement or Material Engineering experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of geometric tolerances
• Experience creating or modifying manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Experience in managing overseas suppliers
• Understand Bill of Material (BOM) structure, able to interpret technical drawings / specifications and familiar with Engineering Change Process
• Experience in Operation Management or capital equipment design is a plus.
• Strong Analytical, planning and interpersonal skills as well as experience in engaging stakeholders
• Positive and able to work in fast-paced environment.

• Able to work with different departments / functional groups.
• Some travel is required for the role.(not a lot of travel)

We are looking for a mechanical/electrical engineer to troubleshoot/install cnc machines.

They must have some basic repairing/maintenence knowledge of cnc machines.

Those who can operate cnc machines and are willing to learn how to repair cnc machines will also be considered.

Class 3 license is a plus

1. Provide technical support to business opportunities.

2. Support to Project-designated product or proposal. Comprehensively coordinate resources, successfully accomplish project POC (Proof of Concept) with significant effectiveness.

3. Prepare project delivery, plan design and review, testing and verification, to ensure that the solution can be stably implemented.

4. With active promotion, projects excuted in reasonable process, and delivered with high quality and detail and accurate project materials and deliverables in time.

5. Quickly solve problems in the progress and receive good comment from customers; promptly feedback problems to corresponding departments with advice valuable for effectively improving products and solution;

6. Continuous follow-up on Projects, maintain project delivery record and data sorting; participate in project acceptance test and presentation, and produce project summary report after completion of the project.

7. Collection and Analysis of System and Product Needs, Output of Quality Report, Colllection and Analysis of Competing Product, Comprehensive Record of Mid/Large-scale System Implementation.

8. Provide technical support in new product/proposal introduction, material output of product technology, material output of product promotion, marketing activity support.

9. In charge of Planning and Implementation of Customer/User Training，Configure and test hardware and software components.

Design and develop interfaces to ensure efficient integration of subsystems.

Support in system design analysis in terms of reliability, availability, maintainability, and system safety.

Develop and execute integration and test plans.

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and use cases with system design and implementation.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or Computer Science-related field.

2. Minimum 2 -5 year of experience in an IT/Cybersecurity/Security System Engineer role.

3. Willingness to perform hands-on operational tasks with the ability to work effectively and independently.

4. Technical aptitude with demonstrated numerical and scientific abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills.

5. Promptly update customers and internal teams on project status and progress in handling technical issues.

6. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

7. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role may involve interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.
