• Liaise with Plant/Project Manager, Section Manager/Head and Engineer to understand their current and anticipated demand for goods, services and works. Integrate the technical requirements into the Procurement Plan and to support in new Tender sourcing
• Engage in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers. Conduct performance evaluation for existing suppliers on an annual basis
• Identify and develop alternative suppliers and support cost reduction programmes
• Handle and manage RFQ/RFP, commercial evaluations, price and T&Cs negotiation, PO/Contract award and PO/Contract administration to final delivery and PO close out - Ensure the Company's best interest is consistently achieved
• Procure, administer, develop and manage all tenders, contracts in accordance with safety and budgetary requirements, technical specifications, contract and procurement guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENTS
