Required Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma with 10+ years of relevant Semiconductor Industry Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or another relevant Engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of experience within the respective areas of expertise. Experience should include one or more: Semiconductor Wafer Handling, RF Power, High Vacuum, Toxic Gas Delivery systems, Precision Optics, and Wet Chemistry.

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following,

- Responsible for Concept and Detailed Design for Process Facility systems for the entire course of the project (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to Construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).

- Capable in interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.

- Detailed understanding of all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.

  • Verify backup processes for various customer systems before working on it, ensuring in the unfortune event, the data or system can be restored.
• 24x7 Standby and Incident Response:
  • Be available on a 24x7 standby basis with a duty phone, rotating weekly among team members.
  • Respond promptly to support calls and emails from different customers, diagnosing and resolving issues to restore normal operations.
  • Manage multiple customer incidents concurrently, ensuring timely and effective communication with each customer.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
