Objectives:

Responsibilities:

• Review bad actor management program through Reliability Analysis and Root Cause Failure Analysis
• Review periodically the RBM (Risk Based Maintenance) system for the plant.
• Manage spare part availability, optimizing Inventory levels and monitoring to ensure the team replenishes spare parts for mechanical equipment and piping.
• Administer training & development for in-house contractors and mechanical maintenance team.
• Co-ordinate with vendors & contractors for maintenance, shutdown and small CAPEX projects.
• Execute annual contractor performance review/ management system and review of maintenance contracts for parts/ service for renewal exercises.
• Initiate, collaborate, support or execution of minor plant modification, de-bottlenecking and improvement works.
• Site Technical Expert for Mechanical Discipline providing inputs to process, projects and supporting any commissioning, start-up activities.
• Align work processes to Company's Corporate Guidelines and functionally responsibility to upkeep discipline related documentation for ISO or Responsible Care Audits.
• Fulfil the EHS responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in Chemical or related industries i.e., Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical
• Knowledge on specialized equipment would be given preference such as Centrifuge, Vacuum Drier, Compactors, Steam Jets, Liquid ring Vacuum pumps, Dry Vacuum pumps, Belt Filters, Non-steel vessels & equipment.
• Familiar with inspection activities such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Visual Inspection, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) and American Petroleum Institute (API) inspection programs.

The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company’s heavy vehicles to and from the different work sites as required by the work schedule. The heavy vehicles include lorry crane and tipper truck.

The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

The Driver must follow the schedule obtained from the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator. The Driver must inform the parties involved if there are any clashes in schedule before proceeding.

The Driver must inform the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator as soon as possible if he is delayed in his schedule. This will enable them to plan their resources efficiently.

2 Usage of Company vehicles

The Driver is to switch off the ignition completely and remove the key when the vehicle is parked and not in use. The Driver must not leave the vehicle in idle mode while waiting.

The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. If the Driver uses the cash cards for personal use ie lunch parking fee, the Driver must reimburse the Company.

3 Safety

The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

The Driver must inform the Project Director immediately he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

Requirements:

• Class 4 Singapore Driving licence.

• Willing and able to do a lot of night jobs or do night shift as well as day shift. Night shift could be for more than 3 months at a time depending on project.

• Saturday is full day and able to work on Sundays when required.

• 2-3 year experience driving tipper truck with good track record

Roles & Responsibilities

· To study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work

· Supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnical works, both permanent and temporary

· To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work

· To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures prior to casting or construction works

· To coordinate the contractor, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants, etc. for the required works

· To evaluate and assess all formwork support systems and ensure contractor submit COS endorsed by a PE prior to loadings/casting

· To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters

· To supervise the installation/decommissioning of instrumentation

· To evaluate and assess the trend of instrumentation monitoring and alert QP for any signs of structural distress and instrumentation breach

· To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings

Requirements:

· IES recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering

· At least 4 years’ of Civil Structural experience, of which 2-3 years’ experience in MRT projects ot LTA Road projects·Possess a valid RTO cert 2021 and 2022 by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

· Willing to adhere to Civil Contract’s specifications and scope of work by the project team

· Candidate to be able to work shift works due to the demands of the project
