• Performs technical studies in cooperation with production team members and Instrumentation vendors for conversion project and/or repair & life extension project
• Works with procurement and project team to source for instrumentation vendors in complying with the project technical requirement specifications in meeting project deliverables
• Prepares engineering deliverable such as block diagram, termination diagram, room & equipment layout in compliance with requirements of contract, classifications and regulations and coordinate with various disciplines for material handling, working environment requirement, constructability and installations, operations and maintenance, and safety etc
• Provides solutions to commercial, production and project team members on all aspects of instrumentation engineering to support new-built’s/conversion fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning activities
• Performs any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• 3 years of working experience in planning, designing and construction of Instrumentation design in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in Instrumentation and Control system design in Pre-FEED, FEED, EPCC, Conversion and Repair & Life Extension
• Familiarity with USCG and BSEE requirements will be an additional advantages
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder with 3 years of related experience in Management and 5 years experience in Quality.
• At least 3 years’ experience/knowledge in Marine industry

Job Description:

· Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction

· Review and improve standard operating procedures for service and new equipment preparation

· Lead, manage and motivate a team of production workforce & highly productive workshops operations

· Work well with the Engineer, Mechanics on the follow up updates of service calls and job delivery

· Build good relationship with the team and management to meet

· Maintain and comply to safe working environment accordance to safety regulations and MOM work requirements

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling service operation coordination, preferably in heavy equipment related industry such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators, trucks and forklift will be an advantage

· Possess good understanding of business objectives in service operations

· Deliver high level of service & performance – including balancing the resources, priorities of service requests and customer satisfaction / returns
