• Preparing cost budget, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Source for contractors / sub-contractors for a quotation and price comparisons
• Handle claim submission, follow-ups, the monthly cost value reports
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and clients.
• Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Project administration and documentation include the preparation of interim valuations, pricing, and agreement of contract variations
• Measure and determine the amount of work done at stages in order to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of ISO Quality Management System
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
• Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
• Process dental and medical insurance claims; liaise with insurance company on claim issues
• Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g. MOM HR survey, BCA, etc

Responsibilities:

• Project execution and implementation activities to ensure on time project completion
• To prepare for the purchase requisites for the smooth delivery of projects
• To prepare system design drawings for submission
• To support in system testing & commissioning
• To prepare and maintain proper project documentation.
• To provide technical (system and networking) support to existing customers at site.
• To trouble-shoot and solve system or networking related issues at site.
• To be able to attend to service call during non-working hours when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work within the project delivery teams to engineer physical layout and system security designs or mark-ups.
• Involve in security project management; project implementation and maintenance of CCTV, security systems , Card Access , Intercoms, Security Management System and etc
• Liaise with clients, vendors and site operation technical support and supervision, subcontractor and internal support to co-ordinate on technical issue and provide solution
• Prepare Project schedules, procurement and implementation of project
• Provide after Project Support

• Requirement

• Minimum of 3 year’s industry experience working within security installations, servicing, or design.

• Relevant degree or Certifications in Electronic Engineering.

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
