-Manage day-to-day activities on the project site, such as project milestones and documentation completeness (eg: plant manuals, as-built drawing submission)

-Raise Purchase requisite and keep track of the PO by using the ERP system

-Implementing document control procedures and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy

-Managing document workflows, including review, approval, and distribution. Frequently update the correspondences when the status has been approved.

-Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, invoices and delivery orders

-Arrange the courier services and collect the parcel

-Assist in procurement activities and engineers as needed

-Coordinated expense reimbursement (eg: petty cash claims on site)

-Assist in ordering and tracking the stationaries, pantries & PPE etc

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 5 years relative Design Experience in Marine Industry

· Able to independently do calculations, develop ship piping system Engine Room Layouts, HVAC, Shafting, etc

· Able to develop Specifications related to Machinery

· Knowledge of different classification Rules Regulations SOLAS,MARPOL,IMO,MEPC etc

· Able to liase with Class, Owner’s Yard & Clients

· Should have adequate knowledge of pipe routings,

· Knowledge of Piping Standards

• Coordinating with the client and attending client meeting whenever required

• Prepare construction drawings (2D Structure drawings, bending template, profile nesting,plate nesting and material list) utilizing AVEVA Marine Drafting
• Modelling of Equipment and Outfitting in AVEVA
• Extraction of Outfitting General Arrangement form AVEVA
• Prepare a wide range of engineering related documents such as plot plans, Key plan
• Extraction of Piping layoutand Piping General Arrangement from AVEVA
• Etraction of Isometric drawing with MTO and Line list
• Data consistency and Clash checking in AVEVA
• Prepare support drawings
• Checking the piping and oyther discipline documents as per shipyard payment
• Perform 3D Modelling of Electrical equipment and cable tray/ladder, supports and instruments in AVEVA
• Preparation of 2D deliverables (lighting layout, wiring diagram, equipment layout, interconnection diagram, cable tray/ladder layout, cable tray/ladder fill report and MCT layout)
