• Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various services portfolios to improve profitability and/or achieve market acceptance.
• Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers.
• Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
• Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients.
• To perform and review the comprehensive lift / escalator audit to capture the detail of the current conditions of all equipment’s and advised on audit recommendations and follow up until closing.
• Assist to compute design budgets and cost estimates for new lift/escalator projects, including schedule, budget and scope of work, including evaluating contractors by assessing quality, timeliness, delivery compliance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in managing ongoing lift consulting and project management projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline; Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Business with at least 5 years in the lift / escalator industry.
• Experience in project management and technical knowledge of lift / escalator operations would be an added advantage.
• Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage various service offerings
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
• Target oriented, systematic strong problem solver
