Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, document, and support the creation of high-precision plastic injection molds and components for manufacturing.
• Assist the Program team during the initial project quotation phase by providing accurate tooling and product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) that aligns with quality standards.
• Engage with customers for DFM and mold concept reviews to ensure their technical requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support the Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.

You will need: -

• Previous experience or knowledge in Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding, or Manufacturing Process Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools
• Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels
• Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
• Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results
• Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly
• Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
• Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles

Candidate must possess at least Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Project Coordination

Project management - ensuring project is executed according to contractural conditions within schedule and budget allocations.

Part of the Very-small-aperture terminal (VSAT) product development team involved in designing Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA), Power Amplifier, Up/Down Converter operating up to Ka band frequencies (27 GHz to 40 GHz)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in any Radio Frequency (RF) system/sub-system design
• Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) circuit design like Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA), PA, Up/Down Converter, Synthesizer etc
• Working knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) test and measurement equipment
• Experience in using simulation software such as Applied Wave Research (AWR),Advanced Design System (ADS), Ansys HFSS (high-frequency structure simulator) etc
• Experience in Very-small-aperture terminal (VSAT) system or subsystem design is anadded advantage
